Introduction of new wafer butterfly valve parameters 

1. The valve body adopts a new type of ductile iron material, which has good cutting performance, casting performance, vibration damping and wear resistance, and has excellent mechanical properties;

2. The structure adopts soft backrest. Compared with the traditional hard backrest, the soft backrest has good elasticity, easy disassembly and maintenance, and the overall torque of the valve is greatly reduced, and the switch is lighter;

3. The integral valve plate adopts a pinless structure. When replacing the valve seat valve plate, repair and replacement can be completed without any external professional tools, which greatly reduces the cost of later use and repair and replacement;

4. With strong interchangeability of parts, after a long-term structure and material improvement, the standard of this new type of butterfly valve is more unified, and the parts can be mutually interoperable, which helps to reduce product costs; each part can be freely exchanged under the same size;
