Precision Flow Regulation: The valve disc employs a linear motion design, combined with a conical seal structure, enabling precise regulation of fluid flow. It features low closing force, erosion resistance, and reliable sealing, making it suitable for applications requiring frequent adjustment or precise control.

 

High Durability and Pressure Resistance: The valve body is constructed of WCB carbon steel or SS stainless steel, featuring a robust structure capable of withstanding high-pressure environments from Class 150 to Class 600. Operating temperatures can reach ≤150°C, meeting the long-term stable operation requirements of high-temperature and high-pressure fluid systems.

 

Flexible adaptability to various media: Supports water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, ammonia, and other media. The valve seat offers a replaceable design, and the sealing surface material can be freely combined (e.g., cobalt-based hard alloy overlay) to match the corrosiveness or abrasiveness of different media, extending service life.

 

Convenient installation and maintenance: Utilizes flange connections, conforming to international standards such as ASME B16.5, facilitating integration with existing piping systems. The valve body clearly marks the pressure rating and flow direction arrows, ensuring efficient and accurate on-site installation and identification.

 

Safety redundancy design: Some models offer an optional bellows seal structure, achieving zero leakage from the valve stem. This is particularly suitable for high vacuum, highly toxic, flammable, explosive, or valuable media pipeline systems. Even if the bellows fails, the packing layer still provides secondary sealing protection.

 

Compliant with international specifications and testing standards: Before leaving the factory, the valve undergoes a 1.5 times rated pressure hydrostatic test and a shell pressure test. Sealing performance meets API 598 standards, and the fire resistance test complies with API 607 ​​standards, ensuring the product's safety and reliability under extreme operating conditions.

 

This product not only meets basic industrial needs, but also provides multiple guarantees in terms of sealing, durability and safety, making it the preferred solution for fluid control systems that pursue high reliability.
